Shipping times:

It usually takes about 1-2 working days from your order to shipping.

If your order is received in the morning, you may be lucky and have it shipped the same day.

During peak times, e.g. when the season changes, it can sometimes take 3-4 working days.

Returns:

Our aim is that you get your money back within 3 working days of receiving your return. However, please understand that it may take up to 7 working days due to high order volumes. Please refrain from asking about the status by email, as this does not speed up processing. At most, it will make everything take longer, as the time has to come from somewhere.

The holiday periods of Rhineland-Palatinate apply to us. During the holiday season it can take 2 days longer.

We work from Monday to Friday. The weekend and all holidays belong to the family, and no emails or inquiries via social media are answered on Saturdays and Sundays. Working days are therefore Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
